Shipping & Orders

Delivery

We currently offer a flat shipping rate of $14 on each order delivered to a single Australian address.
We only deliver to Australian residential, business & PO Box addresses.
(International addresses are NOT yet accepted)

We use both Australian Post and Sendle as our couriers for delivery to all areas and aim to have your order delivered within the estimated time frame. Delivery may take longer when being shipped to regional areas

During busy periods, such as public holidays, Christmas, New Years, and Promotional Events, delivery delays can occur due to the capacity of our providers and holiday closures. In the event of extreme weather or other major events out of our control (e.g. civil actions, vehicle breakdown, etc) we cannot be responsible for any delays in delivery

Please make sure that the delivery address and postcode is correct when placing your order, as we cannot be responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect delivery address provided.

We ship and track all orders via Sendle and Australia Post and are designated with an Authority to Leave.
If no one is home at the time of delivery, your order will be left in a secure place by the courier.
It is the couriers responsibilty to leave your order in a safe place, and Fine Flavours TSV cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to this delivery



Order Tracking

Once your order has been packed and is ready for shipping, you will receive an email or SMS advising your order has been packed and is ready to be collected by the courier. Once your package leaves Fine Flavours TSV, you will receieve an email or SMS with your tracking number, which you can use to keep updated about your parcels status. You will receive updates when your order is to be delivered to you that day, and when it has been delivered.
You can track your parcel at any time by going to the couriers tracking website and inputing your tracking number into the relevant field.

International Orders

We do not currently accept orders from International addresses from our online shopping cart.



Returns

We are commited to providing a quality product to all our customers. In the event that your product is faulty, damaged, or otherwise unusable, contact us at [email protected] with your order number, a description and evidence of the issue and a refund will be provided to the original payment method, or a replacement will be offered once proof of purchase is confirmed.

Why can't we exchange products if you make an error ordering or change your mind?

As a food business, we are unable to accept returned stock as we cannot be sure if it has been tampered with or opened, meaning we are unable to resell that stock. We only provide replacement stock if it is damaged or faulty, and sufficient evidence has been provided. We may ask for the stock to be returned so we can throughly assess it to determine if it qualifies for a replacement.

How do I return or exchange an item?

If you have purchased locally at a market within the Townsville Region, and the product is damaged or faulty, you can contact us at [email protected] with the date you purchased it and a description of the issue within 7 days to discuss your refund or replacement options

If you purchased from a stockist shop (e.g. Renagade Gift Shop), and the product is damaged or faulty, you can either visit the store who can get in contact with us, or you can contact us at [email protected] within 7 days to discuss your refund or replacement options.

If you purchased from Fine Flavours TSV online, and the product is damaged or faulty, you can contact us at [email protected] with your order number, a description and evidence of damage within 7 days of receiving your order to discuss your refund or replacement options



Cancellation

Fine Flavours TSV reserves the right not to accept or to cancel any order once received, without penalty.
Customers can also cancel an order without penalty as long as we receive the nofication prior to the order being dispatched.
Cancelled orders will be provided a refund.
